Pro Brewing Tips

Master these fundamentals to elevate your coffee brewing game.

Use the Right Ratio

For most brewing methods, use a ratio of 1:15 to 1:17 (coffee to water). Start with 1:16 and adjust to taste.

Water Temperature

Optimal water temperature is 195-205°F (90-96°C). Too hot burns the coffee, too cool under-extracts.

Timing Matters

Different methods require different timing. Espresso: 25-30s, Pour-over: 3-4min, French Press: 4min.

Grind Fresh

Grind your beans just before brewing. Pre-ground coffee loses flavor quickly due to oxidation.
